This document provides a temporary employment agreement for when you have a temporary employee working for your company for a few weeks or longer.  It states the very basics of work protocol and also contains a section at the bottom for the temporary employee to sign stating that they understand what they have read and agree to the terms of this agreement.

Like all employee agreements, don’t forget to attach a job description and induction policy.
