The programme of the induction process that must be signed off by the person
conducting the specific area of induction.
Company Policy: What is expected of your employees.
Covers personal information, accidents, smoking, visitors, phone use,
punctuality and attendance, driving, and what disciplinary action would be
taken for what incident or behaviour.
Code of Conduct: The professional and operating standards
expected of you and your employees. This covers professional integrity,
accounting processes, how to deal with bribes and gifts, conflict of
interest and confidentiality.
Computer Use: The company rules for use
and storage of information, hardware, software, passwords and acceptable
level of personal use. Includes down loading programmes, music and pictures
including pornography and e-mail use.
Mobile Phone: Choose the
level of personal use you wish to allow. The policy also dictates what to
do in case of loss or damage and who is responsible.
Motor Vehicle: The company rules
for the use of a company provided vehicle. It includes personal use,
maintenance, parking and insurance
Induction Feedback Form: Records what the new employee thought of the
programme and acts as a check that induction has been successfully completed.
Induction Programme Questionnaire: A basic test to make sure the
employee has understood the induction programme content.
