Personality Test
Discus Personality Profiling is a tool designed to assist you in the decision making process of recruitment or staff development. It is a simple but effective way of gaining insight into the personal traits, strengths and weaknesses of an applicant.

Discus profiling can tell you things about a person that could impact on their likely success in the job. You can compare how a person shapes up against a desired job profile. Profiling existing teams or particular individuals can also be useful when you're looking at staff development, training or promotion.

The test measures a persons dominance, influence, steadiness and compliance. It can suggest how a person may deal with pressure, communicate with clients and colleagues and indicate their preferred sales style.

There are only 24 sets of phrases, which relate to a persons reaction to given situations. The test applicant is asked to select from the four phrases presented which one would be most like them and which one would be least like them in the work situation. There are no right or wrong answers.

We will email you the results as a series of easily interpreted graphs and a full report.

Used in conjunction with other recruitment or performance processes such as interviews, references and performance reviews the test can increase your chances of successful outcome from 38% to 75%.
